No Refunds or Exchanges
All astrology readings, including natal chart interpretations, transit forecasts, and other custom reports, are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of this service, once a reading has been completed and delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.
No Guarantees or Predictions of Specific Outcomes
Astrology offers insights and guidance based on planetary alignments and energetic influences, but it is not a predictive science in the traditional sense. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, nor do I claim that astrology can determine exact future events. Your reading is meant for reflection, self-discovery, and empowerment—it is not a deterministic prediction of your fate.

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
For live or scheduled readings, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. For custom made natal chart Astrolozines, there is no refund. These books take a lot of work and time. Please be sure that you submit all of the most accurate information for your reading.
