Rooted in yoga and expanded through mindfulness, my approach to movement is centered on mobility, awareness, and the deep relationship between body and mind.

As I’ve grown, my practice has become less about achieving shapes and more about understanding the body with compassion and clarity. Whether you are a yogi, runner, weightlifter, or simply someone wanting to move through life with more ease, mobility is part of the conversation.
