My journey with yoga began over 20 years ago, and it has been a profound and transformative experience. This practice has nurtured my mind, body, and spirit, guiding me towards a deeper sense of peace and connection.
As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with ongoing education in restorative & chair yoga as well as meditation, I am passionate about sharing the profound benefits of yoga with others. My classes blend relaxation, energizing flows, and contemplative practices, creating a space for you to explore your inner landscape and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or flexibility. My aim is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can connect with your breath, move with intention, and discover the transformative power of this ancient practice.
